For dinner, I had my usual natto (fermented soy beans) with green onions, mekabu (seaweed) with ume flavoring, hiyayakko (cold tofu with chopped green onions and bonito flakes), non-homogenized whole milk (half cup), kefir (half cup), and kimchi (Korean fermented cabbage).
